Solar Industries India has kicked off FY27 with a powerful earnings report, showcasing explosive growth in both its top and bottom lines. The company's revenue and profit surged by over 70% and 89% respectively compared to the same quarter last year, signaling robust demand and operational strength.

This stellar performance was not just a one-off annual jump. Sequentially, revenue grew by 20.2% and profit by 19.8% from the previous quarter (Q4 FY26), indicating sustained momentum. The company's net profit margin expanded to 18.2%, a significant improvement from 16.4% a year ago, demonstrating that profit growth is outpacing sales growth.

A look at the last five quarters reveals a clear, upward trajectory for the company.

The company's trailing twelve-month (TTM) performance remains solid, with a net profit margin of 18.1% on revenue of over ₹11,351 crore. This financial strength is underpinned by a high-quality balance sheet, as indicated by a return on equity (ROE) of 32.5% and a comfortable debt-to-equity ratio of 0.23.

Investors have clearly rewarded this growth story, with the stock delivering a 32% return over the past year and a staggering 380% over three years. This optimism is reflected in the stock's valuation, which trades at a premium to its industry peers. The challenge for Solar Industries will be to maintain this blistering pace of growth and justify its premium valuation in the quarters ahead.
