Welcome to HexaWealth! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of HexaWealth's App. By accessing this app we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use HexaWealth if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Eligibility

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding contract between you and HexaWealth Financial Technologies Private Limited. To use the HexaWealth app, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be a citizen of India.
• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of account creation.
• You must own a valid Permanent Account Number (PAN) card.
• You must be capable of entering into legally binding contracts under applicable law.

By creating an account and using HexaWealth, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the eligibility requirements outlined above. HexaWealth may terminate your account and your access to the app if we find that you do not meet these eligibility criteria. You agree and acknowledge that you have read the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use or do not wish to be bound by these Terms of Use, you may not use the Hexawealth Services and/or immediately terminate the Services and/or uninstall the Hexawealth App.

License

Unless otherwise stated, HexaWealth and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on HexaWealth. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from HexaWealth for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall HexaWealth, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this App. HexaWealth, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this App.

Indemnification

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent HexaWealth from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Goverment of India, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in India for the resolution of any disputes.If you have any queries regarding any of our terms, please contact us at support@hexawealth.in.

Refunds and Cancellation

HEXAWEALTH FINANCIAL TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order.In case of receipt of suboptimal services, please report the same to our Customer Service team or reach out to us at support@hexawealth.in.In case you feel that the service received is not as promised or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.In case of any Refunds approved by the HEXAWEALTH FINANCIAL TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, it’ll take 3-5 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
