Siti Networks reported a 9.4% sequential revenue increase in Q2 FY26, though sales were down 2.1% year-on-year. The company's net loss narrowed significantly from the prior-year quarter.

Siti Networks reported a mixed set of quarterly results, with revenue showing a healthy sequential bounce even as the company continues to operate at a loss. While the top line remains under pressure compared to last year, there are signs of a gradual improvement in profitability on a year-on-year basis.

The cable TV and broadband operator's revenue for the quarter ended September 2025 came in at ₹296.1 crore. This marks a 9.4% increase from the previous quarter, but is still 2.1% lower than the ₹302.5 crore reported in the same quarter last year. The company's net loss stood at ₹43.6 crore, a slight sequential dip but a significant 19.5% improvement from the ₹54.2 crore loss in Q2 FY25. This improvement in the bottom line, despite lower revenue, lifted the net profit margin to -14.7%, a 320 basis point gain from the -17.9% margin a year ago.

A look at the last five quarters shows the company's ongoing challenge to return to profitability, though the scale of losses has moderated from the peak seen in Q3 FY25.

Key Points

  • The trailing twelve-month (TTM) revenue stands at ₹1,134.5 crore with a TTM net loss of ₹199.1 crore, resulting in a net profit margin of -17.5%.
  • The company's stock price has faced significant pressure, declining 52.3% over the past year and 73.8% over three years.
  • Financial health metrics remain a concern, with a current ratio of 0.31 and negative interest coverage.

The sequential revenue recovery is a positive step, but the path to sustained profitability and financial stability remains the critical watchpoint for Siti Networks.
