Trejhara Solutions reported explosive growth in Q1 FY27, with revenue more than doubling and profit surging over six-fold from the same period last year.

Trejhara Solutions has kicked off FY27 with a powerful earnings surge. Revenue for the quarter ended June 2026 more than doubled compared to last year, while profit soared over six-fold, marking a dramatic acceleration in its financial performance.

Revenue jumped to ₹67.64 crore, a 107.2% increase from Q1 FY26. Sequentially, sales grew a robust 61.5% from the previous quarter. Profit followed suit, skyrocketing 614.9% year-on-year to ₹4.79 crore, with a solid 48.8% sequential increase. This profit growth significantly outpaced revenue growth, reflecting improved profitability. The net profit margin expanded by 500 basis points year-on-year to 7.1%, although it dipped slightly from 7.7% in the prior quarter.

The company's performance over the last five quarters shows a clear upward trajectory, especially in profitability.

Trailing-twelve-month (TTM) figures also paint a strong picture, with revenue at ₹177.25 crore and profit at ₹12.79 crore, resulting in a TTM net profit margin of 7.2%.

Despite the stellar operational performance, the stock has faced recent pressure, declining 31.2% over the past year. However, its three-year return remains impressive at 101.7%, translating to a 26.4% CAGR. The company maintains a pristine balance sheet with negligible debt and a high current ratio, though its valuation, at a P/E of 102.1, commands a significant premium to the industry average. The challenge now is to sustain this explosive growth momentum and justify its premium valuation in the coming quarters.
