Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services delivered robust top-line growth in Q4 FY26, with revenue up nearly 50% year-on-year. However, profit growth lagged, leading to a contraction in net profit margin.

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services closed its financial year on a high note, reporting powerful revenue growth in the March quarter. However, the pace of profit expansion moderated, indicating some pressure on profitability as the business scales.

The fourth quarter saw revenue climb to ₹617.92 crore, a sharp 49.9% increase from the same period last year and a 17.6% sequential rise. Profit after tax grew a healthy 30.4% year-on-year to ₹40.6 crore, though this was slower than the top-line expansion. Consequently, the net profit margin narrowed to 6.6%, down from 7.6% in Q4 FY25. The full-year picture is even more impressive, with revenue jumping 68.1% and profit nearly doubling, up 99.7% for FY25.

The quarterly table reveals a consistent upward trajectory in both revenue and profit over the last four quarters. Yet, the net profit margin has trended downward from its peak of 8.1% in Q2 FY26, suggesting the company is investing for growth.

Key Points

  • The company's five-year track record is outstanding, with revenue growing at a 53.5% CAGR and profit at a 95.9% CAGR.
  • Zaggle maintains a fortress-like balance sheet, with negligible debt (Debt-to-Equity of 0.01) and a high current ratio of 20.06.
  • The stock's valuation reflects high growth expectations, trading at a P/E of 55, a significant premium to the industry average of 19.5.

While the quarterly margin dip warrants observation, the overarching story for Zaggle remains one of explosive, capital-efficient growth. The coming year will test its ability to sustain this momentum while managing the cost profile of its expanding platform.
