Virtual Global Education's Q1 revenue grew 30% year-on-year to ₹0.26 crore, with net profit margin expanding dramatically. The company returned to profitability after a loss in the prior quarter.

Virtual Global Education returned to profitability in the first quarter of FY27, driven by a significant 30% year-on-year increase in revenue. The vocational training provider's net profit margin expanded dramatically, highlighting a sharp improvement in earnings quality from the same period last year.

The company's revenue for the quarter ended June 2026 reached ₹0.26 crore, up 73.3% sequentially from the ₹0.15 crore reported in Q4 FY26. Profit for the quarter was ₹0.07 crore, a positive swing from the loss of ₹0.21 crore in the prior quarter. This sequential profit growth figure is negative due to the base effect of moving from a loss to a profit. The net profit margin stood at 26.8%, a substantial increase of 2,530 basis points compared to the 1.5% margin in Q1 FY26.

A look at the recent quarterly performance shows a volatile but improving trend in profitability alongside steady revenue generation.
