Sameera Agro Posts Strong Q4 Profit Growth on Surging Revenue

The infrastructure and agro-trading firm reported a 57.5% yearly profit jump in Q4, with revenue and margins showing significant improvement.

Sameera Agro & Infra's Q4 FY26 results show a powerful finish to the year, with profit soaring 57.5% year-on-year and revenue climbing 13.3%, boosting net profit margin.

Sameera Agro & Infra concluded its fiscal year with a robust final quarter, delivering strong growth in both revenue and profit. The company's earnings momentum accelerated sharply from the previous quarter, highlighting a period of significant operational improvement.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 2026 rose 13.3% year-on-year to ₹94.3 crore. More impressively, profit after tax surged 57.5% to ₹5.78 crore, indicating a substantial expansion in profitability. This translated into a net profit margin of 6.1%, up 170 basis points from the same quarter last year. The sequential growth was even more dramatic, with revenue up 58.9% and profit skyrocketing 176.6% from the September 2025 quarter.

For the full financial year FY25, the company had already established a strong base, with revenue growing 29.8% to ₹236.46 crore and profit increasing 15.5% to ₹12.38 crore. The trailing-twelve-month figures, which include the latest quarter, show revenue of ₹288.7 crore and profit of ₹15.12 crore at a 5.2% margin.
