NAM-INDIA's Q1 FY27 results show strong momentum, with revenue up 26.4% year-on-year and profit surging 27.2%. A sharp rebound in net profit margin drove a powerful sequential profit increase.

Nippon Life India Asset Management (NAM-INDIA) delivered a strong start to fiscal 2027, with both revenue and profit posting robust double-digit growth. The standout feature was a powerful rebound in profitability, which surged sequentially as the company's net profit margin recovered to near its year-ago peak.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 2026 rose 26.4% year-on-year to ₹766.87 crore. Profit grew even faster at 27.2% to ₹503.7 crore. The real momentum, however, was seen on a sequential basis. Profit jumped 30.9% from the March quarter, far outpacing the 3.8% growth in revenue, as the net profit margin expanded dramatically from 52.1% to 65.7%. This indicates a significant recovery in operating efficiency after a dip in the previous quarter.

The company's performance over the last five quarters shows a clear upward trajectory in revenue, while profit has been more variable but ended strongly.
