Aeroflex Industries reported stellar Q1 FY27 results, with profit more than doubling year-on-year to ₹18.79 crore. Revenue grew 72.4% to ₹145.38 crore, continuing a strong multi-quarter uptrend.

Aeroflex Industries kicked off FY27 with explosive growth, as its first-quarter profit more than doubled year-on-year on the back of a sharp revenue surge. The manufacturer of stainless steel corrugated hoses reported a profit of ₹18.79 crore for the quarter ended June 2026, a 162.1% jump from the same period last year. This stellar performance was driven by revenue of ₹145.38 crore, which grew 72.4% year-on-year.

The company's profitability improved markedly, with net profit margin expanding by 440 basis points to 12.9% compared to Q1 FY26. This indicates the strong revenue growth translated efficiently into bottom-line gains. Sequentially, revenue grew 15.5% from the previous quarter, while profit increased 6.5%, showing continued momentum.

A look at the last five quarters reveals a consistent upward trajectory for Aeroflex.

Key Points

  • The trailing twelve-month (TTM) net profit margin stands at a healthy 13.4%, with TTM profit at ₹67.15 crore.
  • The company maintains a robust balance sheet with zero debt and a strong interest cover of nearly 50 times.
  • Return on Equity (ROE) for the period was 14.06%, while Return on Capital Employed (ROCE) was 19.11%.

The stock, which closed at ₹456 on the results date, has delivered a massive 141% return over the past year, reflecting strong investor confidence. However, this performance has pushed its valuation to a price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio of 56.8, representing a 138.5% premium to its industry peers. The challenge for Aeroflex will be to sustain its high-growth trajectory to justify its premium market valuation.
