Sanchay Finvest reported a dramatic 83% year-on-year revenue decline in Q4 FY26, alongside a deepening quarterly loss. The full-year picture shows a slight revenue dip but a significant worsening of annual losses.

Sanchay Finvest closed its fiscal year with a quarter that saw revenue nearly vanish and losses continue to mount. The Q4 FY26 performance underscores the significant challenges facing the financial services firm, with both top-line and bottom-line pressure evident.

The final quarter was particularly difficult. Revenue fell 83.3% compared to the same period last year, dropping to just ₹0.02 crore. Meanwhile, the company's loss widened substantially to ₹0.42 crore, a stark reversal from the small profit of ₹0.02 crore reported in Q4 FY25. Sequentially, while the loss narrowed slightly from the previous quarter, revenue turned negative on a quarter-on-quarter basis.

A look at the full fiscal year reveals a mixed but concerning trend. Annual revenue for FY25 saw a modest 3.9% decline to ₹0.62 crore. More critically, the company's annual loss more than doubled, increasing by 124.2% to ₹0.32 crore. This marks the second consecutive year of losses for Sanchay Finvest.

Key Points

  • Annual Losses Widen: The company reported a full-year loss of ₹0.32 crore for FY25, a significant deterioration from the ₹0.14 crore loss in FY24.
  • Weak Return Profile: The company's Return on Equity (ROE) stands at a deeply negative -35.42%, reflecting the strain of consecutive annual losses on shareholder capital.
  • Stable Long-Term Top Line: Despite recent volatility, the company's five-year revenue CAGR is a positive 1.7%, indicating some historical resilience in its core business.

The core task for Sanchay Finvest is to stabilize its revenue streams and chart a credible path back to profitability in the new fiscal year.
