Focus Industrial Revenue Slumps 50% Quarter-on-Quarter

Focus Industrial Resources saw its revenue fall by half compared to the previous quarter, with profit staying flat at zero. The company's financial performance shows significant pressure.

Focus Industrial Resources reported a sharp contraction in its quarterly financial performance for the quarter ended June 2022. Revenue halved compared to the previous quarter, while profit remained negligible, indicating a period of significant pressure for the non-banking finance company.

The latest figures show a clear sequential decline. Revenue fell to ₹0.04 crore in Q1 FY23, down 50% from ₹0.08 crore in the March 2022 quarter. Profit after tax (PAT) was flat at zero for both periods, resulting in a net profit margin of 0%.

Beyond the quarterly earnings, the company's return on equity stands at -1.9%, reflecting challenges in generating shareholder returns from its equity base.
