Antriksh ServiceTech's Revenue Momentum Masks Deepening Profitability Squeeze

The IT software firm's revenue more than tripled year-on-year, but a quarterly loss signals significant margin pressure.

Antriksh Service Technologies reported explosive revenue growth for Q2 FY26, but this was overshadowed by a sharp swing into a net loss, highlighting severe margin contraction.

Antriksh Service Technologies Ltd. delivered a quarter of stark contrasts. While the IT software company's revenue grew at a blistering pace, its profitability collapsed, swinging from a profit to a loss. This highlights the challenge of translating top-line momentum into bottom-line strength.

The company's revenue for the quarter ended September 2025 soared to ₹2.6 crore, a massive 312.7% increase from the same period last year and a 16.6% sequential rise from the June quarter. However, profit after tax (PAT) fell to a loss of ₹0.2 crore, a sharp reversal from a profit of ₹0.17 crore a year ago and a profit of ₹0.1 crore in the prior quarter. This resulted in a net profit margin of -7.7%, a dramatic 3,470 basis point decline year-on-year.

A look at the recent quarterly trajectory shows revenue has been on a strong upward climb for the past year, but profits have been volatile and negative for three of the last five quarters.

Over the trailing twelve months (TTM), the company has generated ₹6.57 crore in revenue but recorded a cumulative loss of ₹0.26 crore, translating to a TTM net profit margin of -4.0%. The annual figures for FY25 show a modest full-year profit of ₹0.19 crore on revenue of ₹6.74 crore.

Key Points

  • The company maintains a debt-free balance sheet with a debt-to-equity ratio of 0.0.
  • Return on equity (ROE) stands at -16.81%, reflecting the recent period of losses.
  • Trailing twelve-month earnings per share (EPS) is negative at -₹3.61.

The core story for Antriksh is one of impressive sales expansion that has yet to be matched by stable earnings, with the latest quarter marking a significant step back in profitability. The path to sustainable growth now depends on controlling costs to align with its rising revenue base.
